Freedom Healthnet was established in 2003 and offers private health and medical insurance to individuals and companies.

Its hybrid cash plan was the first of its kind and will offer you a cash payout if you need medical treatment. There are three cash plan levels – essential, midrange and comprehensive.

Optional extras include alternative therapies, psychiatric care and rehabilitation benefits.

Alternatively, Freedom's comprehensive insurance provides cover for an individual, couple or a family and covers the cost of prompt private medical treatment. You can also opt for a private hospital of your choice.

Freedom also offers company medical insurance for employees. This can be tailored to the company's needs and will cover from three to 250 employees.
