Dental insurance clubcard offer from Tesco

Tesco, who hit the health insurance news this week with an offer of three months free private medical insurance for new customers, are also offer low-cost dental insurance policies .

The cover, according to the head of the scheme, Jeremy Sutton, is designed to help British people deal with increased cost of dentistry. According to a recent report by the European Commission, dental care in the UK is the most expensive in the whole of Europe.

Sutton, who called Tesco dental insurance competitive (both at the core and premium level of cover), has made it clear that dental health is important and should be protected from high costs.
