Updated health insurance cash plans

Health cash plan experts Health Shield are apparently introducing several changes to their 2008 range of products, according to the health insurance news this morning. The amendments will be made to the Direct and Direct Plus products for the entirety of 2008.

The company have edited their terms and conditions, basing their revisions on Treating Customers Fairly principles, as well as research into member and staff perceptions of the products. Health Shield is a friendly society .

The Marketing Director of the firm, Philip Wood, reportedly commented: "After considering a whole range of factors we have introduced a number of changes to our direct schemes for 2008. We are also making membership service improvements and have re-priced the schemes to reflect increased claims experience."
