New child private health insurance

Tue, 17 Jun 2008

A new health insurance policy for children has been released by private medical insurance company AXA.

The health insurance, called First Healthcare, is designed for people that wish to ensure their children but may not be able to afford a whole family policy . First Healthcare pays for hospital treatment whenever a child cannot be seen within six weeks.

The private health insurance also covers access to specialists, scans and the cost of accommodation for a parent. Health care professionals are accessible by phone throughout the year.
