Health insurance company AXA PPP will join the list of insurance companies that will publish statistics showing the number of consumer income protection claims made, how much it pays, and how many it declines.
AXA went on record to say that publishing claims statistics was a good thing, and something that the company will always do in future. Consumers reportedly like to know that their company is committed to paying an insurance claim .
