Westfield Health, the health care insurance specialist has been awarded its fifth award in less than a month.
The award was given to Julie Gill, executive director, for Best Newcomer Investigator at the Health Insurance Counter Fraud Group’s Investigator Awards.
Fellow industry professionals nominated Julie for her work that included revising policies and setting up an in-house fraud team and for her role in hosting and chairing meeting for the sector nationally.
Julie said, I am delighted our efforts to counter fraud have been recognised by our peers within the industry for having a significant impact.
This is a great achievement, not just for me but for the whole team, as it demonstrates that Westfield takes fraud very seriously and is assisting others in the national health insurance arena in the fight against this crime.
Westfield is at the fore in the fight against fraud by sharing information with others in the industry.
Others areas of success for Westfield is being named Best Healthcare Cash Plan Provider at the Health Insurance Awards, being awarded the Customer Satisfaction Award at the British Quality Foundation Special Achievement Awards, a Health in the Workplace Award and a North of England Business Excellence Award.
